By accessing or using VenVen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VenVen is a business management platform designed for mobile coffee cart operators. The Service includes tools for event calculation, menu management, equipment tracking, and business operations.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using premium features.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wooden Cow Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wooden Cow Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
